Meet our founder: Esther Hamilton, a highly respected travel designer who brings over 32 years of industry experience to the table.
Esther’s extensive career has allowed her to cultivate strong relationships with the best hotels, operators, and airlines, ensuring her clients receive unparalleled experiences.
Esther’s lifelong passion for travel began at just two years old with her first trip to the UK to visit family. After earning her tourism diploma in 1993, she fully immersed herself in the industry. This love for exploration led her to live in the UK, where she extensively explored over 40 European countries before returning to Australia. Throughout her remarkable career, Esther has journeyed to more than 90 countries and expertly escorted numerous tour groups – this is her point of difference. This vast personal experience means she can expertly assist with virtually any travel requirement, from arranging multi-generational family holidays and thrilling safaris to luxurious cruises (including private yachts) and exclusive villa stays—she truly has experienced it all and is ready to help you plan your next adventure!

Esther founded EH Travel over 18 years ago, driven by a desire to pour her passion into every itinerary we curate for our clients.
Esther remains at the forefront of the luxury travel world, regularly attending prestigious, invitation-only conferences such as ILTM in Singapore and Cannes, as well as Le Miami. These exclusive events connect her with the top hotels, private villas, yacht company’s globally, allowing her to network with innovative partners and secure the very best options to create your perfect holiday.
Kaye Eslick
With over four decades of experience in the retail travel industry across Australia and the UK, Kaye Eslick is a truly seasoned Travel Designer. Her enduring passion for travel and experiencing the world’s diverse cultures is evident in her career, which includes escorting tours to Europe, the UK, and many small groups to beloved Norfolk Island.
After successfully owning her own agency for 12 years, Kaye’s deep-seated love for travel brought her out of semi-retirement to EH Travel, where she has been a vital part of the team since its inception 18 years ago. Kaye’s vast knowledge extends to her favourite destinations and experiences, from the stunning island of Mallorca and the majestic Swiss Alps, to the quaint villages and pubs of England, and the exhilarating game parks of Africa. Memorable moments include cruising the Nile in Egypt and soaring over Luxor in a hot air balloon.
Visnja Pearson
Visnja Pearson, founder of the highly respected Eltham Travel and Cruise, is a seasoned travel expert with 37 years in the industry. After closing her physical office in 2022 she was thrilled to join EH Travel, to continue her passion for creating unforgettable journeys.
Growing up in Croatia and Austria, Visnja has personally explored a wide range of countries, giving her amazing insights to share with her clients. She’s a go-to for Fiji (a gold Matai agent!), and she also loves sending people to Asia and the USA, especially if shopping is on the agenda.
Cruising is another big favourite! Two of her most memorable trips were South Africa’s game reserves and the beautiful Maldives. Visnja truly enjoys getting to know different cultures, which helps her create perfect, immersive itineraries for her clients.
Her motto really says it all: “We are on this earth for a good time not a long time. Seeing the world is much better than reading about it.”
